REFUND POLICY

At Cova Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service. To ensure an optimal experience and proper appointment management, we have established the following policies:

 

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellations:

​

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance (business days).

• Failure to notify within this period will result in the appointment being marked as a “No-show” and the full payment will be Non-refundable.

2. Late Arrivals:

​

​• Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a “No-show”.

• The lost time will be deducted from the total duration of the service, with no refund or compensation.​

• The full payment for the scheduled service will be charged and retained in full. • No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, missed appointments, or failure to attend.

Packages and Memberships:

​

• Non-refundable: All treatment packages and memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

• Non-transferable: Packages and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others. They are exclusively for the client who purchased them.

• Validity: Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, unused services will not be refunded or carried over.

 

Products:

• No returns will be accepted for intimate products such as compression garments, shapewear, and any related items, due to hygiene and health policies.

• If a product is damaged or defective, it will be carefully evaluated by our team to determine whether a refund is warranted.

• No refund is 100% guaranteed; each case will be reviewed individually, and the final decision will be at the discretion of the spa’s management.

 

Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds will be processed by check, within 5 to 10 business days.

​

I have read and fully understand the Refund and Cancellation Policy above. I agree to comply with its terms and conditions, and I understand that if I violate the policies, any deposit made will not be refunded.
